Events and Standing Conference committee chair: Dr. Jo Hart

Committee role:

I liaise and organise between the DHP and other divisions within the BPS, and with other external societies.

I chair the standing conference committee, which oversees conferences and events within the DHP and helps the conference chair to make decisions about future directions.

Job title at place of work:

Director of Programme Delivery and Development, Lecturer in communication; Manchester Medical School

Involved in development of a new medical school programme. Lecturer in doctor-patient communication. Research primarily in health behaviour change communication, with more general interests in health professional communication.
